CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate, a program that recruits and trains volunteers to advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. CASA volunteers are appointed by judges to represent the child's best interests in court and to help ensure the child is safe, has a permanent home, and can thrive.
