Mt. lion whole adult; head damaged1) 10% buyer's premium on each item is added to all purchases ($10 bid price + $1.00 bp = $11.00 at cash register)
2) Payment may be made by cash or check. Debit and Credit Cards are accepted with a 3% Convenience Fee. Wiring Funds is a $15.00 fee. Any unpaid amounts will incur interest.
3) Payment MUST be made to Prime Time Auctions PRIOR to going to Idaho Fish and Game's office. You MUST present Idaho Fish and Game with a PAID receipt in order to collect your winnings. Idaho Fish and Game will NOT have a cashier on site.
4) The sale is "AS IS" and "Where IS" and without warranty of any nature whatsoever.
5) All sales are final and no returns or refunds will be accepted by the Idaho Fish and Game or the Auctioneer.
6) Purchaser will pay all legal state sales tax unless exemption requirements are met.
7) Purchaser grants a security interest in purchased items. If for any reason, payment is not made in full, Prime Time has the right to repossess items, even from private property.
8) If payment is not honored for any reason (including but not limited to N.S.F., stop payment order, or the like) purchaser agrees to pay a return fee.
9) If action is necessary to enforce the terms of this agreement, the purchaser agrees to pay attorney fees and costs associated with collection or action. All buyer contracts will be subject to the Bannock County legal jurisdiction and the laws in the State of Idaho.
10) Collusion will not be tolerated. In accordance with the Sherman Act, it is unlawful to agree not to bid against another buyer, punishable by fines and imprisonment.
11) A taxidermist-fur buyer license is required for bear parts, mountain lion parts, or any furbearer. Anyone who buys or sells raw hides is also required to possess a taxidermist-fur buyer license. Resident licenses are $40 for one year, and nonresident licenses are $187. The licenses can be purchased at any Idaho Fish and Game office.
12) Nonresident purchasers should be aware that their state may not allow the import of the hides or parts of bears, mountain lions, bobcats, or otters. Be sure to check state regulations https://idfg.idaho.gov before purchasing these items.
13) A person who has killed an animal illegally and that animal has been confiscated and put up for sale at the auction, may not buy that animal or any part of it at the auction. Nor may another person buy the animal or any part of it on their behalf. A violation would be considered an illegal purchase of wildlife.

You can pay in person at PRIME TIME AUCTIONS at 2221 South 5th, Pocatello, ID or you can call (208) 232-4912 and we can charge your credit card on file and email you a PAID receipt. Idaho Fish and Game is NOT accepting any payments.
After April 26th, if we have not heard from you we will assume you would like us to charge your card on file and email you a receipt. With a PAID IN FULL invoice, you can pick up your items at Idaho Fish and Game Regional Office which is located at 4279 Commerce Circle, Idaho Falls 83401 208 525-7290 April 26-29 between 8-5.
